The Hopkins-Nanjing program, part of the renowned SAIS program at Hopkins, attracts international students from all over the world. We created this program from material generated during the shoot for Around the Clock, Around the World -- a good example of how footage and interviews can be "re-purposed," thus saving considerable cost with no loss of quality.
The Hopkins-Nanjing staff makes heavy use of this DVD in recruiting new students. After an initial run of 1000 DVDs was exhausted, another 3,000 additional DVD copies were ordered, followed by yet another 1,000 the next year.
